This is very unique. I am a big fan of the Chinese and Japanese culture. I understand that her clothing is apart of the culture, but I feel like her head wear could have been adjusted a bit better. It's kinda awkward how it droops down but although maybe you could not change that due to the culture. Keep it in if it means a lot to your piece and what you are trying to state and say. I think that the picture fades together very nice with the rest of the piece. Maybe just try working on the lines a bit more, but overall the piece is very nice and unique.
